<p><strong>La final de consolación de la Extreme E tuvo un caótico cierre luego de que los únicos dos vehículos que estaban corriendo colisionaran entre sí a causa de la nube de polvo que se generó en el desierto de Al Ula. Los protagonistas ya habían chocado este fin de semana.</strong></p>
<p>Claudia Hürtgen y Kyle LeDuc nuevamente protagonizaron un accidente en la Extreme E. Esta vez, <a href="https://somosdakar.com/video-impresionante-accidente-de-claudia-hurtgen-en-extreme-e/"><strong>no lo hicieron de forma individual</strong></a>, sino conjunta. Estaban participando en la carrera de consolación, donde luchaban por el séptimo puesto, cuando el piloto de <strong><a href="https://somosdakar.com/video-la-extreme-e-comenzo-con-un-accidente-en-el-shakedown/">Chip Ganassi, LeDuc</a></strong>, se llevó por delante el SUV del team Abt Cupra, conducido en ese momento por la alemana Hürtgen.</p>
<p>Afortunadamente no hubo consecuencias de salud para los dos corredores, aunque nuevamente los vehículos se llevaron la peor parte. Luego de que los mecánicos de ambos equipos tuvieran que reparar por los accidentes sufridos el viernes por LeDuc y el sábado por Hürtgen, nuevamente deberán reparar de cara a la próxima fecha.</p>
<p>Un tercer vehículo, el de Stephane Sarrazin, quedó fuera de carrera por <strong><a href="https://somosdakar.com/video-stephane-sarrazin-tambien-tuvo-problemas-tras-volcar-en-la-clasificacion/">otro accidente el sábado</a></strong>. Así, los únicos dos equipos que estaban participando de esta ronda quedaron fuera.</p>
